Dear members of the Serbian Community Centre of WA,
We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, starting at 15:00.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Opening of the meeting, determination of quorum, adoption of the agenda, formation of working body, and election of the minute-taker and minute verifier.
- Adoption of the minutes from last year's meeting (2024).
- President's report.
- Chairman's report.
- Secretary's report.
- Treasurer's report.
- Control commission's report.
- Reflection on the life and work of Paja Novaković.
- Election of new management and control commission. New positions will last for one year until the next elections.
Our center is on a good path to reestablish the football team after several years of absence, renovate the club, and modernize it. Active members are needed to help achieve these goals.
We invite all members and those who wish to join to participate in the AGM. Please renew your membership if you haven't already and actively participate in the work and development of the Serbian Center for Western Australia.
At the end of the day, lunch will be served to all attendees.
